Eligible new self-service accounts may choose up to 90 days of access without a starting charge. You must verify your email, separately agree to the billing terms, and save a payment method securely with Stripe. Creating a LandWolf account alone does not enroll you or authorize a charge. Existing invited pilots and owner/CRM-granted access keep their own terms.

Three short check-ins

Feedback is due 30, 60 and 90 days after payment-method setup is verified. Each form opens seven days beforehand. Your exact dates appear in Membership and in your confirmation email. All opinions count: criticism, no changes requested, and not having used the app are valid. We ask for complete answers, never a positive rating, purchase, referral or public review.

If you miss a check-in

We will email a notice with a specific billing date at least seven days away. Complete the missing feedback or cancel online before that date to avoid conversion. If you do neither, you authorize L91 LLC to start a $29 USD per month LandWolf membership using your saved Stripe payment method. The membership renews monthly until you cancel. This is payment for ongoing access, not a penalty, and we never bill retroactively for trial days. A notice delivery failure or unresolved processing error holds automatic conversion for review.

Trial access ends after 90 days even if the final feedback grace period runs longer. You may still submit the last check-in or cancel during the notice period. If all three check-ins are complete, the trial ends without an automatic charge; you may choose a paid plan separately. We do not use your trial consent to authorize different amounts or an annual plan.

You are in control

Open Membership and choose Cancel feedback trial before conversion. Cancellation ends trial access and stops new conversion attempts. If a payment was already processing at the time of cancellation, its outcome is shown in Manage billing; contact support to resolve an error. After conversion, choose Manage billing to cancel renewal online. Access continues through the paid period. Cancellation is effective without having to speak to a sales representative. We send confirmation of cancellation and provide billing history through Stripe.

For help, cancellation requests or billing errors, email support.landwolf@gmail.com. Tell us the email on your account; never send a full card number or password. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are unaffected. Contact us promptly about an incorrect charge so we can investigate and resolve it.

What we keep

We keep your accepted terms, consent time, feedback, notices and billing references to operate the program and resolve questions. Stripe handles payment details; LandWolf does not collect full card numbers. Your account and feedback are private to authorized administration. Service and billing notices are required to run the trial and are separate from optional marketing emails. Contact support for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions; legally required billing and consent records may need to be retained.
